Seriously, though: wow. I miss having arms like that.
I was bed-ridden yesterday, so I’m usurping today’s Male Monday for who was supposed to be yesterday’s LOST babe: Evangeline Lilly, who plays the conflicted, complex, and totally badass Kate. I mean, just look at those biceps; would you want to cross her?
P.S. It’s a little weird for me to classify Evangeline Lilly as a hot chick because she looks so much like my older cousin. But I’ll deal with it.

Ok, so, a couple of years ago, I worked in a big-box bookstore (hint: it’s the one with the ampersand). One of our display bays was for Health and Diet, and this book just happened to be faced out in it. I swear, every time I walked past, I would stop, stare for a few second, run a single finger down those impossibly toned abs, and continue on my way.
